Annual Contracts

• Annual contracts are available to Domestic, Commercial, Industrial and Agricultural customers.
• We also offer short term contracts of 3 and 6 months to suit the customers needs.
• We offer contracts for most species of pest including rats and mice, squirrels, moles, rabbits and cockroaches.
• A basic 4 visit a year contract to control rats and mice and monitor for insects is only £160.00 + VAT.
• There are no charges for an acceptable number of call outs as long as all proofing and hygiene recommendations are carried out.
• Same day service for call outs.
• Discounted rates for pest treatments not covered by the contract.
• All contract customers are supplied with a folder with data sheets and for the technician to leave a treatment report sheet after each visit.

4 visits per year - £160.00 + vat

6 visit per year - £240.00 + vat

8 visit per year - £320.00 + vat
